Surrey Community Connections services offer free access to mental health support within the community. We are an integral part of the pathway for people who experience mental health problems, often bridging the gap between primary mental health care and secondary mental health care. There are three voluntary sector providers covering the 11 districts and boroughs in Surrey, who are commissioned for the outcomes and outputs they deliver.
Providers work in different ways to deliver those outcomes. Please see below documentation to show the impact Community Connections has on the community.
